I have stayed for 4 nights with my fiance. Beds were comfortable and the room was usually clean. Staff members have been incredibly useful and friendly and constantly made us feel like home. Rooms are big as well as the closet. The bathroom was clean plus the shower was wonderful. Not an exceptionally social hotel anyway, maybe was all along our stay.

This hotel was definitely centrally located and the staff members in the reception were available at any time. The beds have been comfy and the other guests were being usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was off and on, leave it like that in the end. Incredibly wonderful hotel and good location. Undoubtedly suggest this place!

Me and my husband stayed at Hotel Savoy for 4 nights to exploring the city. Hotel Savoy is found in an extremely central posture, it is thoroughly clean and the beds are quite comfortable! There is only one detail I’d personally counsel going forward and that is to provide more hotel amenities, shower gel especially. Overall, I was very happy with this choice and will surely suggest it to everyone wanting to visit Bern.
